Tobias Illig, M.A., is married and a father of four children. He studied social work, economics, education and psychology in Mainz.
Tobias has worked for over 20 years as an entrepreneur in business coaching, management consulting, and leadership training for various companies in large change initiatives and also with individual business leaders. His main focus in consulting has been on the strengths based approach. He published a book on „The strengths based organization,“ and publishes regularly his knowledge and experiences in various media sources, i.e. in the Harvard Business Manager.
Tobias also has a wide experience as lecturer for different universities such as the SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, university of applied sciences, and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. His primary teaching focus has been on organizations and management with a strengths based perspective. Tobias is a trained, ICF-certified business coach, and a systemic organizational development consultant.
He has also been the team leader of transformation at one of the biggest mobility, transport and logistics corporations of Europe, the Deutsche Bahn AG.
