Dr. Carlos Antràs Solé

Dr. Carlos Antràs Solé , Vice-President of Global Operations, was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, and is passionate about other cultures, the globalized world and inter-cultural, multi-lingual experiences. He speaks seven languages and has lived in Spain, United States, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Brazil. As a life-long learner, his main driving force is Human and Operational Excellence with a Purpose. He loves mentoring and coaching young people to find not just a job to pay the bills, but a purpose and vocation in their lives.

During his twenty-eight year career at Nestlé Inc., Dr. Antràs Solé has gained vast experience in bringing efficiency, agility, and goal alignment to implementing End-to-End business processes successfully. He has been part of international teams to achieve competitive advantage and continuous improvement. As a change manager, Dr. Antràs Solé has driven the deployment of corporate global initiatives, such as Business Excellence and Continuous Excellence Foundations (Management of Best Practices), to establish a growth mindset.

He is Alumni Board Director of his alma mater, Northwest Nazarene University, USA. He is also a Board Member of the Mary Ward School Support Association, Germany, and a strong supporter of Youth with a Mission in Brazil, as well as a Humanitarian Relief Volunteer annually in Sicily, Italy.

Dr. Antràs Solé, who is a Spanish and German citizen, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Business School Netherlands. He has a Master's Degree in Financial Management from Spain, a Postgraduate Dual Degree in European Management from France and Spain, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from USA, graduating with Magna Cum Laude.
